LongCat API Platform at Beijing Kuxun Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. (together with our affiliates, "we," "our", or "us") respect your privacy and are firmly committed to protecting the information we obtain from or about you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use our open platform services (https://longcat.chat/), API access and other places where LongCat acts as a data controller—for example, when you interact with LongCat or other products as a developer for use ("Services").

It is important to note that, as a user of the LongCat API Platform, if you use our technology or services to further provide downstream systems, applications, or services to your end users, the processing of personal data collected from such end users is not covered by this privacy policy.
